At The Nail Lab, we currently ship our handcrafted press-on nail sets within Canada. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon — stay tuned!

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $79 CAD.

Shipping Timeline & Tracking

All of our press-on sets are ready to ship. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped as soon as possible. You’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey. If there’s no update for 7 consecutive days, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time, reach out to us. While we cannot control external carriers, our customer care team will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and any duties (if applicable) are all calculated and displayed at checkout—completely transparent.

Taxes, Duties

All prices are listed in CAD. We currently ship within Canada only, and no additional taxes, duties, or customs fees will be charged at checkout.
