At The Nail Lab, we want you to love every set you receive. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Important Reminder
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference for a different style or color
    Please review our Size Guide before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Order number 2) Issue description 3) Clear photos of the product and packaging.
    Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Email details and photos to our team.

  3. Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions (return shipping may vary by region).

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Requests submitted after 7 days

  • Used items or items not in original condition (non-quality issues)

  • Custom designs, limited editions, clearance items

Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider, typically 5–7 business days.

International Orders (if applicable)
Customers outside Canada are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
